Radico Khaitan Completes Rampur Jugalbandi Whisky Series with Final Two Expressions

Radico Khaitan has unveiled the last two editions of its Rampur Jugalbandi series at the TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes. The launch of Rampur Jugalbandi #7 and #8 finalizes the eight-part limited-edition Indian Single Malt collection, which began in 2022.

Jugalbandi #7 combines ex-bourbon and Mizunara casks, yielding tropical fruit, vanilla, and sandalwood notes with Japanese oak influences. Jugalbandi #8 marries ex-bourbon and sherry PX casks, delivering flavors of dried fruits, dark chocolate, and warm spices.

The series draws inspiration from Jugalbandi, an Indian classical music FORM featuring two soloists in harmony. Produced at Rampur Distillery in Uttar Pradesh—Asia's oldest and largest distillery with over 80 years of history—the collection underscores India's premium whisky capabilities.

Sanjeev Banga, President of International Business at Radico Khaitan, emphasized the brand's global ambitions. Both expressions will hit select international markets and travel retail in November 2025.
